Sanoma strengthens its position in Content Marketing in Belgium and acquires HeadOffice, a Communication Agency specialised in Relationship Marketing

Sanoma Media Belgium, the Belgian division of the Sanoma Group, has acquired and closed the acquisition of Communication Agency HeadOffice. HeadOffice is a relationship marketing agency that is specialized in (online) direct marketing, customer magazines, brand activation, content marketing and loyalty.
The company employs 55 people. HeadOffice has won several national and international awards in Custom Publishing, Direct Marketing, E-mail marketing and Loyalty programs. Last year, they won two bronze and one gold Pearl Award in New York for their campaign for AS Adventure.
The acquisition of HeadOffice is in line with Sanoma Media's strategy to grow in content marketing. The added value for Sanoma Media Belgium comes from growth opportunities created by complementing HeadOffice's customer relationship management know how with Sanoma's media and content marketing expertise. This will create a more complete business offer, opening up opportunities to grow market share in custom media. The result of the new company will be consolidated to Sanoma from the beginning of Q3.
