Sanoma has today sold its total ownership in Helsinki Halli Oy to Hjallis Promotion Ab Oy. Shares represent 18.1% of the total number of shares. Helsinki Halli owns ice hockey team Jokerit and Hartwall Arena, which hosts various concerts, operas, dance performances, top ice-hockey and other sporting events. The transaction takes effect immediately.
The divestment is in line with Sanoma's strategy to focus its operations and divest selected ownerships.
