Sanoma will start a new long training programme for journalists. This time the programme is aimed for Finnish-speaking journalists already working in Sanoma. The nine months long programme will start 31 Jan 2011 and end 4 Nov 2011.
The theme of the Media 2020 programme is the future and the opportunities of the media industry. The programme aims at teaching and clarifying the journalistic opportunities that are opening up through the ongoing structural changes in the media industry. The journalistic profession is undergoing great changes, most of which are positive and create plenty of new opportunities for journalistic expression. Media 2020 opens new doors and gives new tools for journalists to better utilise the media metamorphosis.
