Nelonen Media outsources its operations regarding broadcast production of television material. In the transaction, Nelonen Media sells its material service operations to Tuotantotalo Werne (Werne Facilities) and signs a service agreement with it. The arrangement takes effect as of 1 November 2010.
Following the deal, reception and processing of Nelonen Media's television material is located in one place. "Centralising these services into one unit clarifies the operations and increases efficiency," says Hans Edin, President of Nelonen Media.
Current employees of Nelonen Media's material service (11 persons) transfer to Werne Facilities as old employees as of 1 November 2010.
