SanomaWSOY and the City of Vantaa have jointly made plans for converting the former Keimola car racing area into a modern and attractive residential area.
The necessary plans and surveys as well as studies needed for the town plan have been finalised in 2007. The proposal for the town plan prepared by the City of Vantaa will be finalised in autumn 2008, after which the formal process for the necessary approvals will begin.
Details of the project, including proposed plans for the area and agreement related to the project, are presented in materials section of SanomaWSOY's internet site. Due to the nature of the project, the additional information is only in Finnish.
