AAC Global Oy, a SanomaWSOY group company, is establishing a subsidiary in Russia and will open its first office in the center of St Petersburg in January 2007. The subsidiary will offer the same multilingual communication services to companies as AAC Global's other offices in Finland and Sweden. Core services will include language and cultural training for companies as well as challenging translation, localization and terminology projects.

The target group during the first phase of the operation will be Nordic companies already established in Russia, as they have extensive training and translation needs in the area. A quickly growing local customer base will provide significant additional potential for the expansion of AAC's services.
