SWelcom's TV Operations under SW Television Oy

SWelcom's TV operations, Nelonen, HTV, and Werne will form a new company, SW Television Oy, as of 1 January 2006.

After the merger, the current names Oy Ruutunelonen Ab, Tuotantotalo Werne, and Helsinki Television (HTV) will cease to exist. The brands (TV channel Nelonen, Welho, and Werne) will be used also in the future. In addition, HTV (Helsinki Television) will move all its operations under the name Welho as of January 2006.

SWelcom is SanomaWSOY's electronic media division.
