Arnedo Oy, a subsidiary of SanomaWSOY Group's division Sanoma Corporation, has agreed to sell an additional part of its shareholding in Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj. This transaction is connected to the deal announced on 20 June 2002.
Because of the additional sale of shares, Arnedo's holding will now go below one fourth (1/4) of Ilkka-Yhtymä's share capital and votes. The decision of the deal was made on 27 June 2002 and it will be finalized on 3 July 2002. The clearance date will be 10 July 2002.
